First Certified Operators Successfully Trained.

The first motor bench operator training program was conducted at the Evaluation Laboratory for Next Generation Motors on Wednesday, September 24, and Thursday, September 25. This training program is designed for young engineers from small and medium-sized enterprises in Akita Prefecture, and participants who complete the program are certified as operators of the laboratory’s evaluation equipment.
A key feature of the program is that it is open exclusively to companies based in Akita Prefecture. In this first session, three engineers from Yokote Seiko Co., Ltd. participated in the training. All participants successfully completed the program, resulting in the certification of the first group of officially recognized operators.
Going forward, the Center will continue to enhance participants’ skills through hands-on experience in actual operations (on-the-job training, OJT). In addition, a second training session is planned to increase the number of certified operators and to establish a cooperative framework in which companies within Akita Prefecture work together to undertake commissioned evaluation and testing services.
