Professor INAGAKI Fumiaki and Project Professor ISHIYAMA Daizo Awarded the Title of “Foreign Members of the National Science Academy of the Republic of Tajikistan”

Professor INAGAKI Fumiaki and Project Professor ISHIYAMA Daizo of the Faculty and Graduate School of International Resource Sciences have been awarded the title of "Foreign Members of the National Science Academy of the Republic of Tajikistan" by the Center of Innovative Development of Science and New Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

The professors are engaged in the development of a ground-source heat pump system adapted for arid regions, optimized for groundwater environments and climatic conditions in Tajikistan, as part of the “Science and Technology Research Partnership for Sustainable Development (SATREPS)” program. The conferral of this title means that their contributions to the advancement of science in Tajikistan through this project are highly evaluated.
